The lava is porous and absorbs the oils very quickly. Once infused, the scent is strongest for the first 24-48 hours and then you can reapply as desired. I infuse mine everyday!

To find your correct size, measure your wrist as follows: Use a soft tape measure or piece of string and measure all the way around the wrist, just below the wrist bone. Make sure to leave a little wiggle room for the best comfort.
